not proper water pressure in the shower which wasn't too pleasant!
It's worn out, but looks like there's some renovation ongoing...which is necessary

The location, staff and food were all very good and the room was very clean
The charge on check out was more than the 'Final' price quoted online. I had to argue as the hotel tried to add on service charges which were not mentioned online.
This hotel is standing by the beach, viewing so good and beautiful, can be seen a wide sea, taste a natural tropical air. The hotel men and rent-a-car driver are very kind and gentle. they gave me a comfort and a relax. also treat me what kind of anything in a detail. Thank you for nice stay.

I did not like anything about this hotel except that location is good for travelers who would like to stay on a beach.
I stayed there three nights and changed four rooms. Still, I could not find a room which I could say met bare minimum comfort standards. On my complaint, they would shift me from one bad room to the other. Finally I talked to Mr Donald (perhaps the Manager & apparently a good person). He shifted me to a fourth room which according to him had been recently renovated and had a new AC. Apparently, the fourth room looked good. But cooling problem remained. Even the bathroom shower tray was choked. Based on my experience of four rooms, I can say with certainty that they had set Air Conditioners in such a way that compressors would run for five minutes and then automatically switch off for five minutes to save electricity. So, even if the thermostat was set at 16 degrees, the room would never be cool. Most of the time there was no internet in the lobby. It was a torture to stay there. I have traveled a lot in my life but this was my worst hotel experience.

The inconsistency between rooms in terms of the quality of facilities and bedding; in whichever case are not up to standards for a hotel in this price range. Air-conditioner and plumbing disfunction/malfunction.

on the booking form it said check out was 14.00 hours but i was asked to check out about 10.00 hours

i was very angry when i realised the the room was not 39 dolars but 50 because they added so much taxes etc.....and the manager was to cowerd to explain this, because even his reception staff was on my side.. I think the price quoted in booking com must be the final price, otherwise there is not need to publish price!!!
